Workshops
Kfar Sarah offers a variety of workshops as part of our programs and our learning and community days. In our workshops we apply our core components.
Working with natural materials – wood, earth, plants and stone – brings us back to the body. We focus on one task, breathe, and watch something take shape before our eyes. That satisfaction is what you take home.
As we work, our attention returns to the present moment. Thoughts slow down, and the pace is set by the material. At the end of the workshop you leave with something you made with your own hands, and a real sense of accomplishment. The workshops are led by professionals from the village and take place in the village's spaces, among the olive and carob trees.

Activity & Volunteering Days for Companies and Organizations
Companies, organizations, local authorities and groups are invited to join us for an activity day or a volunteering day at Kfar Sarah. Together we'll build a day that fits your group exactly – a single one-hour workshop, or a full day with several workshops running in parallel, combined with shared work on the farm and giving back to the village. It's a chance for team building, for reconnecting with the land, and for making a real contribution to members of the security forces and their families. Tell us how many you'll be, when, and what interests you – and we'll get back to you with an offer. The village is located at Aaronsohn Farm, Atlit. Please come in closed shoes and comfortable clothes.

About Kfar Sarah
Kfar Sarah is a space for guidance and growth for security forces personnel and their families in a natural setting, through a connection between people and land that lets them experience the very best and opens a new chance for a full and meaningful life.
The village is intended for women and men alike who, during their military or security service, were exposed to threatening, dangerous or traumatic events, sights and experiences.
The village's programs are built on four cornerstones:
The group: a shared experience of belonging and mutual recognition, in which trust is built and a sense of togetherness grows stronger.
The body: body-mind work and trauma-sensitive yoga, which help reconnect with sensations, attune and regulate, and restore a sense of control and safety.
Productivity: carpentry, wood carving, mosaic and gardening, ending in a tangible product and an experience of capability, choice, persistence and completing a process.
Nature: time among trees and earth, in a quiet and protected space, connecting participants to growth and to the cycles of life.
Together with an experienced professional team that combines short-term therapeutic methods, participants receive a unique and beneficial experience.
The village is located at the Aaronsohn Farm, Atlit (directions).
